About Parts Shop

Parts Shop is an online store operated by Anritsu Infivis Inc. and ANRITSU CORPORATION for business customers, offering maintenance parts and optional items for quality inspection equipment.

Our shop is available for ordering 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, allowing you to place orders whenever needed and receive products as quickly as possible. For items not in stock or inquiries about products, you can easily contact our customer support via the inquiry form.

Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

* Inquiries received after 5:00 PM on weekdays, on weekends, public holidays, company holidays, and during the year-end and new year holidays will be reviewed and responded to on the next business day.

Order Process

  • Member registration is required to make a purchase.
  • We will conduct a prescribed review at the time of order, and in some cases, orders may be declined.
  • Depending on the product ordered, we may contact you directly to confirm usage details.
  • Please check the delivered products within 7 days of receipt for any initial defects or discrepancies with your order. Returns or exchanges requested after 7 days are generally not accepted.

From Purchase to Delivery

  1. Registered customers: Please log in.
    Unregistered customers: Please register as a member and then log in.
  2. Select products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
  3. Enter the shipping address, billing information, and payment method.
  4. Review your order details on the screen and click the “Place Order” button.
  5. Order details will be sent to you by email.
  6. Product shipment.
  7. You will be notified by email once shipment is complete.
  8. Product delivery

Timing of Contract Conclusion (Order Confirmation)

Your order becomes official when you click the “Place Order” button and a message confirming acceptance of your order is displayed on the screen.

Payment Method

Payment is accepted by credit card only.

  • Accepted credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & Diners Club, China UnionPay and JCB.
  • Only one-time payments are accepted.
  • Payment processing is carried out at the time of order confirmation. Depending on your credit card agreement, charges may be billed before product delivery.
  • Credit card verification may require additional time between order placement and shipment processing.
  • To ensure safe and secure shopping, this shop uses the “EMV 3D Secure” authentication service. Credit cards that do not support EMV 3D Secure may not be accepted. If your card cannot be used, please contact your card issuer.

Management of Payment Information

For credit card payments, we use a payment system provided by a payment service provider. Therefore, our employees do not have access to your credit card information (card number and security code).

Shipping

  • If the product is in stock, shipment will be made within the estimated number of days indicated on each product page after credit card authorization.
  • The following requests cannot be accommodated:
    • Shipping outside the United States
    • Designation of shipping carrier or delivery date
    • Separate shipment of multiple products
    • Combined shipment of multiple orders
  • Please note that delivery may take longer due to traffic congestion caused by weather, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Changes, Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

In principle, changes, cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience cannot be accepted.

Quotation

  • Click the “Issue Quotation” button after adding items to the cart to save a quotation in your quotation list.
  • Please download quotations from the quotation list screen.
  • Quotations issued on this site are valid only for orders placed through this online store.
  • Quotations are issued at the prices valid at the time of issuance. If prices change, the order price will apply.
  • Shipping charges are not included in the quotation and will be charged separately.
  • Stock availability is not guaranteed based on quotations.
  • Changes to the contents of quotations are not accepted.

About the Quotation List

  • When you click the “Issue Quotation” button after adding items to the cart, the quotation will be saved in the quotation list.
  • Click the “Download” button in the quotation list to download the quotation PDF file.
  • Click the “Return to Cart” button in the quotation list to return the quoted items to the cart.
  • Note that clicking “Return to Cart” while items are already in the cart will overwrite the existing cart contents.
  • Multiple quotations can be saved.
  • Quotations and quotation information saved in the quotation list are retained for 30 days from the date of saving. After this period, downloading quotations or returning them to the cart will no longer be possible.

Receipt

  • Receipts are issued only for credit card payments.
  • Receipts can be downloaded from the order history after order confirmation.
  • For bank transfers, please use the payment receipt issued at the time of transfer.

Product Warranty

  • Please check delivered products within 7 days of receipt for any initial defects or discrepancies. Returns or exchanges requested after 7 days are generally not accepted.
  • If a product has an initial defect or differs from the ordered item, we will promptly arrange a return or exchange.
  • Customers requesting returns or exchanges should contact us via the inquiry form.
  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be borne by us.
  • If we determine that the returned product does not have an initial defect, the return or exchange will be deemed invalid, and shipping costs will be charged. The product will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
  • If a replacement product is unavailable, we may refund the product price. The refund method will be discussed separately.
  • Warranty period: 180 days from the product shipment date
  • Excluded from warranty:
    • Consumables (printer paper, conveyor belts, etc.)
    • Products with separately specified warranty periods in manuals or instructions
    • Damage or malfunction due to improper use
    • Damage or malfunction due to negligence or force majeure such as natural disasters or fire
    • Products that have been modified
    • Products with significant dirt or deterioration
    • Loss of accessories or attached items

Export Control

Products sold on this site are intended for use within the United States in accordance with the sales contract with your company.

If you plan to export or take products or accompanying manuals outside the country, please be sure to contact our sales representative in advance.

Member Registration

  • Individual customers cannot make purchases on this site.
  • To register as a member, click “Login / Register” at the top right of the site, then click the “Create Account” button and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Please refer here for detailed registration instructions.
  • We will conduct a prescribed review during member registration. Please note that registration may be declined depending on the submitted information.
  • If environment-dependent characters are used in the registration information, we may correct them.
  • If multiple users from the same company register, billing information may be unified by us.

Changes to Registered Information

After logging in, click “Profile” in the top-right menu, then select “View / Edit Registration Information” and follow the on-screen instructions.

Supported Environment

  • Supported browsers: Please use the latest versions of Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari.
  • Orders can be placed from a PC or smartphone.

Email

Order confirmations, shipping notifications, and other notices will be sent from the following email address. Please ensure that your security software allows receipt of emails from this address.
